Car buying over President's Day weekend? Good time or wait until end of month

We missed the Dec. 31 end of year deals, and then missed the end of month deals on Jan. 31, so now I am curious about walking in to dealership over President's Day? I need to go back to my e-mailing multiple dealerships for quotes, but before I do that - anyone have experience with President's Day weekend deals? Should we just wait until end of the month crunch?
