| I just discovered this site, and it looks great but there are so many recipes. Anyone have any favorites? |
| As a rule, pretty much anything by Kenji Lopez Alt or Stella Parks (BraveTart). Daniel Gritzer can be reliable too. |

The veggie chili is great! Just made some for SuperBowl Sunday. Also love their risotto recipes.
Second the Kenji/ Stella recommendations. From their archives, I used to enjoy Max Falkowitz’s recipes a few years ago. He had a focus on spices and ice creams. |

Kenji's pie crust where you add the flour in two batches
His chocolate chip cookies The reverse-sear method for roasts Stella's love of toasted sugar baffles me |

Thanksgiving dinner is now cooked according to the Book of Kenji (his book The Food Lab).
Put leftover stuffing in a waffle maker. You're welcome. |
| I like the baked ziti (Kenji). |
| I recently started going to this website myself. Kenji's reverse-sear steak is brilliant and comes out delicious. So far I've tried it with a t-bone and a sirloin and very good results with both. |
I make his reverse-sear beef tenderloin every year for Christmas dinner, and it's amazing. Love his hasselback potatoes as well. |
| I don’t bake anything that isn’t from stella anymore. Her triple coconut layer cake is MAGIC. |
| I have a big fat blog crush on Kenji. |
