Indoor pools for swimming laps/triathlon training?

I live in Alexandria, and Chinquapin is nearby, but not very easy for me to get to via public transportation. Does anyone know of any indoor pools that are more metro accessible? I am an Alexandria resident, if that matters.

As an aside, does anyone have any bathing suit recommendations that offer more support than the traditional Speedo/Tyr suits? I tried some on yesterday and they looked horrible on me, especially the back view, where all the racerback straps hit my apparently fat back.

re: pools - you could metro to a DC public pool. It costs $4 for non-DC residents. Here are two:

there is the pool at the sport and health club in Crystal City.
