No idea but all I know is that josh Altman is the most arrogant douche ever. & his wife (heather) looks like a plastic Barbie doll now. SHE has had massive amounts of work done.

I can only watch this show On Demand so I can fast forward thru the Josh Altman scenes. He has a way too high opinion of himself. I do like Tracy because she calls the boys out about their behavior.

Her skin isn't that smooth. If you notice, her scenes are largely shot through a filter and are "fuzzier" than the other scenes.

I used to be a big fan of the other Josh but I'm getting turned off by all the sex comments recently. We got it. You're in love with your guy and you're having sex. I just want to watch the show, dude. I don't need all the innuendo.

I like how Tracy has livened up the show. I am so glad that whiney Malibu guy is off. And the two Brits really grate.

Some of these clients are crazy! They seem to be quite unrealistic in their expectations. The best episode recently was the one where the developers pulled all the staging right before Josh A's broker open house. Who does that? And then they were so derogatory to Josh A and his brother. Like, if you thought you could do it better then you should get your license and sell it yourself. But you can't do it better so you should listen to your broker even if they are pretty schmaltzy.

I watch for the real estate p0rn even. I am not meant to be a real estate baller because I see a 10,000 square foot house my mind automatically jumps to maintenance costs, like how much would a plumber charge me to fix a toilet vs if I lived in a 2,000 square foot house?

For an industry where the average agent is a woman in her 50s, Tracy is only the 2nd woman on the show. It's disgusting how many men they have had versus women.

I want her handbag collection. I notice them in every scene. They are fantastic. Didn't realize until recently that her father is riiiiiiiiiiiiiiich!

i really like Tracy. I was cracking up during this week's episode when she and her client had their safe word (or safe phrase, LOL!!!) and then the client totally spaced when Tracy used it. Of all the developers that they have on this show, the developer for that property seemed the most normal/non-douchey.
