I like that its keeps being posted. Its a good reminder to keep things in perspective.

I am not PP with the offer of payment. I am someone who championed this notion when it was first brought up but I agree with PP that we do not need to keep posting it. For what it is worth I am one of the people that keeps repeating that “comparison is the thief of joy”. I don’t feel the need to constantly remind others how they should behave though which is what I think the prior post does. We get it

I know this forum is helpful to people with younger kids who are trying to understand the process but YOU JUST WAIT.... Seriously. Just wait until you are going through this. For everyone else who worked their asses off over and is trying to get recruited there is MAJOR stress involved.

I understand there is a culture or “real life“ of people who wish to judge others consistently and second-guess decisions about colleges. You can choose to be better. I would think the people that are posting on this thread either are going through the process, have gone through the process, or will be going through the process of recruiting. We can treat each other with grace.

I am hopeful that the remaining Blue players make decisions that are best for them even if it means waiting. I hope they don’t feel pressured to commit quickly now that there are so few of them left. Do what is best for you!

A typical roster carries 22 players. Cap B committed 8 ivies plus 2 high academics (Duke and Michigan), almost 50% odds to land an admissions ticket at schools with under 10% acceptance rate. That’s a miracle.
