Rae will.always exist. BY to SY does not magically fix this.

The podcast and de facto ENCL is not in favor of biobanding

The change to SY is entirely for trapped players. There are many thoughtful posts about the impact on being trapped for college recruiting, read them before shouting about TALENT.

Weirdly, for once on this forum, boys and MLS next seem more front of mind, consider there are two sexes at play here and for girls college recruiting is vastly more relevant.

With RAE in effect, they still find your Q4 kid that is good with technical skills and IQ

Sounds like your kid isn't good enough. If 9 months is the make or break then I think they were never destined to make it my friend. Lots of top players spend years playing up anyway. RAE is not an issue for the top players because they are just better.

Then care away. It still doesn't matter when a kid was born...they are good enough to get noticed or not. And if you aren't shooting for the academy/D1 college then why would you care about RAE in the first place? Take care.
