First appointment with RE. What should we ask?

My husband and I have our first appointment w/ GW Fertility this week (Dr. Frankfurter). My husband already had SA, and we know there are some problems there, but I haven't had any abnormal tests yet. We've been trying for a year, with charting, but no luck yet.

What questions should I ask at this first visit? I want to use our time wisely. Thanks!

You probably won't need to ask most of these, but it may help you brainstorm. Good luck!!! I recommend writing all your questions down and bringing a pad of paper with you. Keep an eye out for the nurse Melissa - she is great!!
