Clomid-delaying period

I have taken 3 tests of the past week, all negative. I took the month off from IVF bc Shady Grove "was closed". I had a prescription for Clomid at the house. So, I took it day 5-9 and had timed intercourse the following week. I should have gotten my period on this past Thursday... 5 days late.

This is normal right?

You did this unmonitored? Were you using OPKs or temping so you might at least have some idea of whether or not you ovulated and when?
I've never had Clomid delay a period before.

If you’re only 5 days late, it may be too soon to test?

Clomid made me ovulate later than usual on at least one of my clomid cycles and lengthened my luteal phase. It may be that you ovulated later than you though and/or your LP is longer than normal. In other words, it may be a true negative HPT or it may be too soon to test. If you weren’t monitoring in any way for O, there’s no way to know.

Still no sign of period and tested again this morning. Negative. My period is basically a week late. Yesterday I had the tiny splotch of brown discharge and it was very stretchy egg like mucus ...only noticed bc I am really, really looking. What the H?
