Today's H1N1 vaccination clinic closes at 5 p.m. Vaccine will be available on Nov. 10 and 12 at five clinics for all children ages 6 months to 18 years, pregnant women, and parents of children less than 6 months. | Don't know if the person who posted this will check, but maybe someone else who has attended can answer. It looks like they only give 300 shots per clinic per site. Does this mean if my son and I aren't there before 8am waiting in line, there is no point in trying? In otherwords, how quickly do 300 shots go? |

There have been a ton of posts on this.
Yes, the 300 numbers are handed out very quickly. Check the website for updates on availability, but up until now, if you were not there by around 8am, you were unlikely to get a number. Not sure if that will change now since they vaccinated a lot of children on Saturday, so maybe the demand has eased. But as of last week, you needed to be there very early. |
| Thanks! |

Another question.
Do they give out the tickets before 8:00 am? If I get there at 7 or earlier, will I have to wait outside (I had a baby one week ago and am still recovering). |

No, they start at 8am. You will be waiting in line for them to start giving out the tickets. Depending on your number, you will be told to keep waiting, or you will be told to come back at a specific time to wait.
Either way you are going to be waiting in line for a while. Not sure I would attempt it at one week post-partum. |
