Does anyone have any experience with MTFs (like Walter Reed) for IVF?

I heard that Walter Reed provides services at cost, but dont know anyone with any direct experiences there. Does anyone know of any other Military Treatment Facilies (MTFs) that provide IVF?

my experience is probably outdated, but I was treated at Walter Reed a few yrs ago without success, the doctors were nice, but their lab and nurses were suboptimal to say the least. We decided to pursue IVF at a local clinic and although it was costly we got pregnant the first round of IVF and then went back for an FET which worked the second round.
I did take advantage of doing the infectious disease testing and HSG through Walter Reed to help with the cost.
