CareFirst BlueFund (HSA)

I'm not sure if this question belongs in this forum or the Medical/Health forum, but here goes...

We switched to a HDHP this year (we are Feds) and I enrolled in an HSA and set up direct deposits to it ($75/pp). Our plan states that the insurance company will also send funds ($150 a month) to our HSA account. Once I set up my HSA account (Lively), I assumed that CareFirst would also send the pass through funds to that account, however, I just received a debit card in the mail from CareFirst and now I am completely confused.

Did this happen to anyone else? I will call CareFirst on Tuesday, but thought others might have some insight.
