High quality camps in pg county?

What programs are available for a 5 year old and seven year old? I really like the county programs but those are only for ages six and above.

Where in PG county are you looking? We've liked gymnastics at Silver Stars in Bowie and artworks now in Hyattsville.

We are in Lanham, so anywhere close by or in college park where DH works.

We did two weeks at friends community school for our 4 year old. Had a nice experience there except for one incident where two older kids spat on my 4 year old. I later followed up with the director about it and found out that the teachers had never told her about the incident despite the fact that we told them the very next day. My hope is that they will make arrangements to not mix the age groups of the youngest with the older kids during aftercare or whenever the group's mix.

Friends Community School -- we've been doing these for years, and we've been happy. Expensive, and no pool, but lots of outdoor time and plenty of cool themes.

Greenbelt Recreation Center camps - great, affordable options, two week intervals and the KinderCamp for preschoolers has been terrific for both my kids. The director, Teresa is a gem.

Gymkana at University of Maryland (gymnastics camp - my daughter has loved it, but outgrew it recently)

TerpQuest at University of Maryland (haven't tried, but heard great reviews, we may give it a shot this summer)
