How incredibly scary for the kids and sad for her family! She seemed very young also.

I attend that school and was there today. We had a shelter in place for 20 minutes. It was very scary. I feel horrible for the student who was right next to her when it happened. Other teachers performed CPR and used a defibrillator. They are heroes.

Oh bless her. My thoughts go out to her family and the students there.

Wow, why would a young woman just collapse and die on the spot? Terrifying!

Aneurysm or stroke is my guess. How awful.

So sad. MCPS is blessed to have teachers trained in CPR and how to use a defibrillator. They were heroes today even though the outcome was unavoidable.

She accomplished so much in the 25 years she was on this earth. Who knows what she would have been able to accomplish if she had 25 more? My thoughts and prayers are with her family. She will be missed.
