Ugh. Got the flu and 3 month old twins at home...

My partner got the vaccine 2 days ago, but apparently had already been exposed, as she has now come down with the flu. I have been unable to get vaccinated, and am frankly feeling a little under the weather.

We have 3 month old twins to take care of and not infect. Luckily MIL is coming to help, and we're masked up, have lysol-ed the house, and are doing the best we can.

I'm not worried about us, we're both relatively healthy adults, but I am totally unsure as to how we will care for our babies and protect them at the same time (not to mention just feeling crappy!)

beware of lysol..
actually it does little to help kill viruses and majorly
polluted the air and little ones might get some
major breathing issues from jsut the lisol in the air.

I'd call your doctor and ask for Tamiflu. If the babies are breastfed that helps, my nursing toddler got the most mild case by far. Good luck, hope you are all feeling better soon.

BTW, undilluted white vinegar in a spray bottle is as effective as bleach and far less toxic.
