When will insurance coverage kick in for infertility coverage child #2?

Had DS in April of last year (tried for 2 years naturally, conceived with IUI). We haven’t used protection since DS was born, and we’re ready to return to RE for baby #2. Will insurance cover infertility services now? In one year since DS was born? Or one year + 6 weeks (when I was cleared to resume normal activities)?

Does anyone know? Thank you!
