Didn’t know I needed a reason to ask a question on a forum website

Not sure what you mean by low income. No extras or poverty level?

Income shouldn't dictate manners or discipline. Food choices will vary depending on income. Education and activities are heavily dependent on income levels.

I doubt you will find many low income respondents here.

I am pretty sure you can figure out some of the differences. This is an odd question.

I've worked in schools at both ends of the spectrum. Noticeable differences include dental health, nutrition and clean clothing. Other differences include readiness for kindergarten, oral language, familiarity with books/literacy skills, background knowledge, expectation of schools. I didn't notice much of a difference in manners.

OP, you have a very poor grasp of language and are rude. Google can help you out.

Rich kids eat caviar and play polo. Poor kids eat gruel and plan for a life behind bars. Other than that it’s pretty much the same.

Parents within lower-income families have more toxic stress--this can increase vulnerability to poor health outcomes. Higher income families are not without stress, but they also have more resources to help buffer the impacts. There is a whole literature out there if you truly want to learn more and aren't looking to victim blame
