is sore throat (only) an h1 symptom?

Husband has sore throat and no other symptoms. We have a 3 month old and I'm worried about H1.
Wondering if he should go to dr. or wait a few days for other symptoms to appear.

I had a sore throat last week that went away after 3 days and never turned into anything. I think it was the leaves. Drinking a lot of water helped.

I've had a sore throat on and off a few times already this month. It has never amounted to anything more. Tell him to gargle with listerine or salt water a few times and see if that helps.

I woke up with a sore throat on Tuesday and this morning it was gone.

Was also accompanied by extreme lethargy. I pretty much slept for 2 days!

No cough or other symptoms.
