They suck. Ours was out for a while earlier (in Vienna) but fortunately it's back on now.
If we could not get the World Series game tonight, I think my DH's head would have exploded. |

| makes me feel better about being forced into monopolistic crapcast here in DC. BTW, maybe too soon for joking but my DH is always cracking up at those "I got my wife COX for her birthday" commercials. |

Op here. Still no cable, and no internet since 9:30 pm !!! I finally managed to get through at 10 and a machine told me there was an outage and to connect de cable straight to the tv to watch the world series.....

| I just got an automated call from some VP at Cox. She apologized for the outage and said something about an automatic reimbursal. I'm kinda impressed. |

Our cable didn't go out yesterday, but it's out today! ergg..
Ironically, Verizon is going door to door soliciting their service...they just installed Fios in our neighborhood. |
