Does TESE work?

Does TESE work. My husband has sperm lots of it but has 39% DNA fragmentation. We have tried everything. Any success stories out there.

When we did IVF DH had to do TESE as a result of side effects from testicular cancer surgery. We now have an almost 5 year old daughter as a result of that cycle. I’m not sure how the DNA fragmentation would play into it in your situation, but TESE worked for us.
