DC Clinic Priority Groups - adults with asthma?

Dh and I both have mild asthma, so, according to DC DOH site, should qualify for H1N1 now vaccine now. I can't find anything on the DOH site about proof or requirements. Any other asthma adults been to a DC clinic? Will they just take our word, or do we need proof?

I was immunized at a DC clinic as an adult with asthma, and no proof was required.

Just an FYI, I called the DC DOH and they said that my DH who as asthma would need a dr's note or his inhaler/ medication. However, when I took DC, I didn't see anyone with any of this stuff or see staff checking for it.

I took my inhaler in case anyone asked at Hardy last week. No one asked.
