I have a junior who is not yet driving.

Our curfew for him is dependent on the activity, and who is driving.

If I am driving, I will let my kid stay put until I run out of energy, usually around 1:00 AM, provided they are somewhere specific that I approved of. For example, at something like a cast party after a show, my kid could stay that late or later, but only if I drop off and pick up. If my kid is riding with friends, I would expect them home before midnight.

My senior's curfew is midnight if he's driving since he's 17. It sometimes gets extended until 1 if he's not driving.
