| I am trying to buy clothes for a 7th grade boy who wants to fit in. Recommendations? Not sure what to buy. |
| Under Armour or Nike. |

This is probably really regional but my 8th grader (west coast) wears addidas or other athletic pants and tshirts and hoodies. He looks like 95% of the other boys at his school so I think that is just what boys wear here.
My problem is finding clothes that fit him. He just now (like in the last month) got tall enough to wear men's mediums. He can still fit in some boys 16 or 18 pants, if they aren't the slim cut athletic pants with the tapered legs. Good luck! |
| ^^^ also lots of under armor. I know the logo is a stylized U and A but it really looks like an H to me. |
| Under armour. I think it’s hideous, but my boys and all of their friends love it |
yes, I don't get the appeal at all. |
They like the feel of the fabric. |

Pants: under Armour, Adidas or Nike athletic pants
T-shirts: Under Armour or Nike Hoodies: Under Armour, Nike or sports teams (usually NFL) Sock: black socks. Brightly colored basketball socks are on the way out |

I don't know about logos being so important - for my 7th grader in DCPS - it just needs to be athletic clothing. He wears some brands - UA, Adidas, Nike - but mostly because he likes the actual clothes - the cut/material/etc. We never go looking for a brand. He'll wear Old Navy and Target if it he likes the item of clothing. Doesn't care about brand.
Lots of hoodies!!! |
