oops - I left hummus out - throw it away?

I left a small container of hummus out of the fridge for about three hours. Ruined?

It does say keep refrigerated, though it seems to be just chick peas and oil, and some spices. WWYD? No biggie either way, just a bummer.

It should have some lemon juice in it, acidic enough to keep it from spoiling too fast.
