Maryland exchange insurance that covers IVF + meds?

It's getting down to the wire and I'm trying to choose which is most cost effective between CareFirst and Kaiser. Anyone know which shakes out to be cheaper overall? And does either cover the DNA testing?

Carefirst ppo gold covered my ivf and meds. It did not cover my pre conception genetic screening. I also don’t think it covered pgs/pgd but I am unsure. I did not look Into Kaiser

For PP 14:30 - Were the meds fully covered or was there a co-pay? If so, how much was the co-pay?

14:30 here. The pharmacy charged 9k. I paid 400.00. Insurance covered the rest.
