Just striking out here. Would love suggestions. Both into clothes - more at casual end of fashion spectrum. Grandparents buying airpods so that's out.

If you don't want to ask them, stop by the school after it lets what brands and styles the kids are wearing.
I have given up trying to be cool and buy clothing for my kids.
One DD likes Adidas stuff, the other Northface and Uggs (I bought her EMU Australia ones for Christmas after years of telling her to be satisfied with FUGGS- fake Uggs).
And the Abominable Snowman looks appears to be in right now.

My DD is 15. Here's what I gave her for Hanukah and what she wanted that I refused to get her:

Starbucks gift cards
3-wick candles from Bath & Body Works
Jeans from Pac Sun
Brandy Melville tops
Ugg boots
Cozy pj pants from Old Navy
Cozy socks from Old Navy

14 year old son. Not sure if you want just clothing brands but he's into the more casual/skater style, likes Vans stuff any anything nonbranded but stylish like H&M or Hollister.

He's also getting:
-A new monitor for gaming
- A heated mattress pad (room in the basement is FREEZING)
- Gourment beef jerky (he likes it, especially as a quick fuel for sports)
- new watch
- socks and tshirts

best of luck!
