I need to buy a Xmas gift for a teenage girl I don't know very well. (She's been doing some volunteer work at an organization with which I'm involved, but I don't have much contact with her.) $50 or under. Any suggestions?

some nicer quality lip balms from Ulta. You can probably pick up a gift set anywhere from $10-$20.
