Any tastey, easy recipe recommendations for acorn and/or spaghetti squash? I have both and have no idea what to do with them. TIA!

| Cut the spaghetti squash in half. Bake it face down on a baking sheet for 45 minutes. Scoop out the innards and pair it with a meat sauce for no-carb spaghetti. It's pretty good! |
| Poke a few hole in them, then microwave for about 5 minutes to soften. Then cut in half, scoop out the seeds, put a little olive oil or butter and salt and pepper, and roast in the oven on a baking sheet for 45 minutes. Scoop out the insides and serve as a side dish. |
| Grate the raw squash and saute briefly in butter. Toss with cooked penne pasta, finely chopped fresh sage, cream, and white pepper. Maybe a dash of sherry. The grated squash works its way into the pasta tubes, and soaks up the cream. Decadent! |
