Really slow navigation through pages

It only happens on this website. If I try to go from one topic to another, or from page to page within a topic, it's painfully slow, usually going to a blank screen first then finally the page loads. I usually use Firefox, so I tried on Sarafi and it still does it there. Any idea what the issue might be?
