Pregnant women need just one.

I am pretty sure that the difference between the WHO opinion and CDC's is that in the U.S. we refuse to use adjuvants and this is why we'll need two shots. It kind of irks me that we make vaccinations so complicated with all the fear of preservatives, adjuvants, etc. It's messing with our ability to get this vaccination campaign done properly.

How much coverage does the first mist or shot give to a kid under 10?
