Subject: Low grade fever and lack of appetite

My DS (3.5) has thing and nothing else since Saturday. Right now it's 100.6 but was gone for about 15 hours or so. He's also had a significant lack of appetite and sneezes every once in a while (like 3x/day), but that is it. I also have the lack of appetite but nothing else. This can't be H1N1, can it???
