I tried your survey but the answers I wanted to give weren't there.

I almost always give "experiences" as birthday gifts, both for my own child and his friends. A trip to the movies, or the amusement park, for example. There was no way to reflect that in the survey.

Thanks - that is a great point and a great gift. The survey cannot be changed now without erasing all the ones already filled out, but I will suggest to add something like that to future surveys.

What age group are you looking for? I have a 16-year-old and I don't shop for her friends' and relatives' birthdays. I don't think I've shopped for her since she was, maybe, 10. So I didn't take the survey. In your next iteration you should add a question asking about the age of the children the respondent has.
