DC clinics - make sure they are giving your child the correct dosage

Went to a DC clinic this Saturday and while the process was very well organized, the nurse tried to give my child .5 ml (full dose) instead of the half dose .25 which is appropriate for her age. Just an FYI

what are the ramifications of the larger dose? Just wondering, because I would have no idea whether my child was given the correct dosage.
