OBX rental recommendations

Anyone has a great rental place to recommend for a week at OBX for next summer?
Waterfront or walking distance to beach...and kids friendly.

Try a house called Weathering Heights through the Kitty Dunes management company. It's in Corolla, in the Whalehead subdivision. We stayed there in August this year and had a great time with our 10-year-old and 2-year-old. It's not waterfront, but there is an ocean view. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach itself, and the house is well-equipped, and very kid friendly (secured pool and hot tub, bikes, basketball hoop, swingset/slide, tons of beach toys . . . ). We loved it.
