Getting back in shape after being out a season

Anonymous
My 17 yr old daughter missed the whole fall season due to an illness. She is in a place where she is able to get back in to training and get back into shape. What are some suggestions for trainers or training programs/ facilities for her age group? We aren’t totally familiar with everything in this area and many I have researched don’t go up to 01 or 00 age group. This would be for fairfax county area. (Please don’t say to ask the coach, already been down that road.)

Does anyone have any experience or insight?

This may sound snarky but without knowing the issues perhaps just running and practice? Play another winter sport? The solution is simple but the work is the hard part.

The question was for recommendations for a trainer or training facility/program for the age group. Not to be snarky but Running and practicing on one’s own is kind of a given already. HP elite might be an option, or Golden Boot.... anyone know about any others, or have experience with their child returning to soccer after recovering from extensive illness or injury?

I would recommend Capital Performance Training.
Here's their website: www.capitalperformancetraining.com

It's a little far but they do a good job.
