low grade fever

Is a low grade fever assciated with H1N1? I've had about a really low fever about 99.3 since yesterday evening. I felt slight chills yesterday but not too bad....I wore a sweater all day today and felt no chills. The low fever comes and goes. I feel pretty decent otherwise, not lethargic or anything. I did wake up with a pretty bad sore throat this morning...I gargled 1x with salt water and it hasn't come back since. I did have a sore throat earlier this week as well but that cleared up Mon/Tue. I have had a dry cough all week. Does this sound like H1N1 or something else. FYI, I also got both my H1N1 shot and Seasonal Flu Shot this Wednesday. Any thoughts from people who had the flu already? Thanks. I have 2 small kids at home and wondering how cautious I need to be around them.

FYI 99.3 is not a fever, even low grade. It is a normal temp. Fever is over 100.4. Could be hormones, though.

OP here. My normal body temp is always around 98.7. I thought anything over 99 was considered low grade.

What do you mean by hormones?

My temp is always low, too, and I never get fevers when sick. I had H1N1. I had chills, aches, headache and a cough but no fever. It says on the cdc website "it is important to note that not everyone who gets H1N1 will have a fever."
