Can it be H1N1 without a cough?

I DS has a slight fever (100.8 rectally) and is just sleepy, etc. Says nothing else hurts, no cough, etc. Do you have to have a cough? He had the mist on Monday so I realize it's not long enough to have taken effect...

Cough was the last symptom I got and the last to go (I still have it; I think I'm on day 10 maybe).

It could be a side effect from the mist. Fever is one of the side effects listed on the Vaccine Info Sheet.

I don't think it is from the Mist. The handout I got after getting the vaccine said most minor side effects occur soon after the shot and last 1-2 days. This included fever.
