Preschool recommendations for Vienna/fairfax

Anonymous
We just moved from Montgomery County and I am looking for suggestions for preschool for my two children 3 and 4.
I’d ideally like a half day program, co-oping is a plus for me. Any stand out programs?

Would like something in Vienna (not Tyson’s end) or fairfax, as we live near the metro we can go either direction

Thanks!

FB Meekins preschool in Vienna is a small co-op half day program and a great community. We loved our time there. My kids are older now but we are still connected with preschool friends. I'm not sure if they would have openings now, but it is certainly worth calling to find out. Welcome to Vienna!

I’ve heard wonderful things about FB meekins but that is inching towards Tyson’s. Vienna Baptist Children’s Center is a great location for you, also co-op and also gets rave reviews.

We love love love Vienna Baptist! Have sent all three children there. The teachers are warm and loving, great families, wonderful playground that they use almost every day. My sons teacher had cooking projects every month. . There is a religious component — it’s mostly “god loves you” and it sat well with me.

Started at Meeklin’s, but their cooping requirement was too much— VBCC was slightly less, and was the right balance for us.
I think I heard they have a few openings this year, so you might be in luck! Definitely call.

Hi There! I run a small preschool (12 kids) right by the Vienna metro. We have spots for two children currently, as two have moved. Many testimonials and referrals upon request. For more information, please call 301-502-0702 or I can connect you with any of the Vienna Mom’s Inc. members that have their children enrolled in my program.

I know this is an old post, but I also want to recommend Meekins preschool. We have been very happy there!
