Got there around 11:30 a.m. and barely any line. Very efficient and done in about 20 minutes. When we left, there was still barely any line.

DO THE DC VACCINE CLINCS ASK FOR EVIDENCE OF DC RESIDENCE?
Anonymous
Just returned from Coolidge. Took 25 minutes from arrival to completion to get flu mist for two children. They have you fill out your address etc but they don't care if you live in Maryland. Hats off to DC. The whole thing was very efficient and well organized.

Do they have the shots for under 2 or just the mist? Thanks a bunch for these updates!

They have both shots and mist!

no - the publicly stated POV on the vaccine clinics is that the various departments of health want to get as many people as possible in the greater Washington area vaccinated. this means that you can go to any locale to get a H1N1 vaccination (given that your health profile fits within the current priority group).

Thanks, OP, for posting this. It motivated me to go to DC. My DS and I got there after 2 p.m. and were out in about half an hour. He got the mist. It couldn't have been smoother. The folks there are looking for volunteers to staff future clinics. I'm really impressed and really glad we went this afternoon. BTW I just heard that MoCo's clinics scheduled at the high schools over the next few weeks are canceled.

We went at two minutes to 4 -- and got in and out with no problem. No lines. The time it took us to fill out the paperwork was all the time we waited. Fabulous. Thanks to everyone who posted - I would have assumed it was 3 hour lines.

As a former DC resident who listened to endless city bashing over the years, I am cheered to hear that DC is running the most efficient clinics around!!!
