How much it cost for a nose job?

I had a consult with a well known facial plastic surgeon who specializes in noses (she is double certified in facial plastic surgery and ear/nose/throat surgery). I was given a price of $7k for an open rhinoplasty. A general plastic surgeon, or even a facial specialist without a nose specialty, probably charges less.
