Arlington & Loudoun 05 Boys Teams?

Could someone help me understand the team hierarchy for both Loudoun and Arlington?
Both clubs have DA as well as CCL, CCLII, and NCSL teams.
How are the teams identified in each league; red, blue, white, silver, etc?

Loudoun goes DA, Red (CCL), Black (CCL2), White (NCSL), Silver (NCSL), Gray (ODSL). Think White is D4 and Silver is D6 for 05 boys.

Arlington colors go Red, White, Blue, Black, Gold, Silver (I believe)

Arlington DA, Red (CCL), White (CCL2), Blue (NCSL), the rest of the colors have dropped off by this age.
