Who should replace Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher?

They finally figured out that Tom Cruise, at 5'7" is too short to play Jack Reacher, whose size is always described by Lee Child as being so large he's intimidating.

Channing Tatum? Or, is he too good looking and/or young?
Billy Campbell? Or, too old?
Michael Rappaport? Or, too ... New York? I don't think he's ever played a character who doesn't have a thick NY accent.

Having just watched the Twilight movie series (I missed it the first go around), what about Kellan Lutz who plays Emmitt? Would love to see some of those actors land new roles.

Channing Tatum plays a little too young. Reacher was in the armed forces until around age 40 which is when the books start. Tatum is 38 and plays younger.

I think Dwayne Johnson would be good.

?? Cruise isn't blond, and hair color isn't usually something that is critically important to a character.
