Acupuncture questions

Does anyone know of a good acupuncturist in the northern virginia area that will bill insurance? Is it the norm for them to give you a form for you to send in to your insurance company? or is it mostly pay out of pocket? Do they have to code it as something else, other than infertility? Thanks for the help, I'm new to all of this!
