Anybody doing Jenny Craig?

I use to do it in the late 90s. Not sure if the model is the same. It was lean cuisine type food with a sensible dinner. It worked for me but Im sure doing anything with that type of calorie deficit would. At the time the variety was limited which was a bummer.

OP here : So I did not get the weekly meal last week, because it IS expensive. But let me tell you, I missed the convenience of the food being easily accessible. I need to find away I can make this work, as it does work, The food is tasty and it's a no brainer program. Any tips on reducing the cost? I'm starving right now, and wishing I had one of their bars or shakes

Can you incorporate other bars or shakes. I never lose if I feel that I am starving. Starving leads to poor choices and binges.

Pure Protein shakes are pretty good and relatively reasonably priced when you buy at Costco or Walmart.

Eat 2oz of lean deli meat to hold you over. Bulk up your meals with veggies

Jenny Craig? Did you get in a time machine that took you back to the late 90s?

It won’t work, you will be just as fat but a little poorer after all this

It does work, and it's super simple. Everything is there for your to grab in the morning. The food is tasty and you do not feel hungry. You will however, will be poorer, that's for sure. It's not cheap.
