SMH. Nobody ever said they were the best team around. It's been said over, over, and over that Loudoun is the best team.

Just because you have success at u13 doesn't mean you have success when it matters during hs. Most teams will catch up with size or understanding/playing the game.

Loudoun parents are in for a rude awakening once HS hits and the players are all roughly the same size.

Says Mclean, Arlington, Metro, and FCV parents. Sorry, your only hope is players leave Loudoun and I don’t see that happening. Maybe you should think about trying out.

Movement between both leagues. Top GA players moving to ECNL clubs while ECNL players who don’t get much playing time move to GA. I’m not sure why people just don’t accept ECNL is the top league. Somebody posted a bunch of interesting facts in the 2008 thread yesterday. I’m not saying GA is a bad league but their is no evidence or facts anything else. Sorry.

They already played US Ranked #2 Match Fit twice which was two of its three losses. The other one was to #4 PDA. I don’t think anyone expected Bethesda to win those games. As said before, would have been the same result for Loudoun or Arlington against those two teams. One tie to #36 Penn Fusion and another BAD tie to MD United.

Second half will be fine. Two new players joined during the winter. I would expect all wins except for the PDA game which will be tough. Penn Fusion is not a gimmie either. But soccer is a sport and sometimes upsets happen. Just remember that when throwing stones. Loudoun is the only team the area who is entitled to throw them and rightfully so.
