I have learned in my few months here that people (a vocal minority I hope) not in the Langley pyramid spend an awful lot of time thinking about, envying and complaining about Langley.

I had no idea when I moved here that people cared so much instead of being happy in their own schools. It's unbelievable.

The amount of time these people spend worrying about Langley when their own kids don’t even go there is staggering.

The Langley posters come across as SO thin-skinned. It’s actually amusing that they seem to care so much about their image. Like having a fit when someone suggests their kids drive expensive cars - LOL.

Glad we bought in a more normal area.

You mean pointing out the obvious exaggeration by people who desperately want to badmouth the Langley community? Oh. Why don’t you tell us what “normal area” you live in and we’ll come up with some ridiculous comments about it. Then you can show us how thick-skinned you are by laughing it off.

Predictably, you won’t answer the question. I wonder why?

I have never seen this.

I went to public school, my parents never mentioned other schools. Never brought up the town private school. Other parents and their schools were never a factor.

I would be so embarrassed to be the child of one of these people.

Just making an observation and not interested in a long-term relationship with you. You have more than enough other sparring partners.

If you don't want the star-bellied sneetches to think they are better, stop paying them negative attention because you think they are better.

If you really believe that Sneetches are Sneetches, and no one kind of Sneetch is the best on the beaches, have your own picnics and parties and frankfurter roasts. All this moping and grumping, just sitting there, wishing your bellies had stars, lowers your self esteem and needlessly elevates thars.
