I think the lawyer and girlfriend accomplices must be freaking- out since their shot at a plea deal just died. I wonder if they will confess details in exchange for a reduced sentence now. Looking especially at the girlfriend who has a young child.

I look at this from a different perspective.

The girlfriend was only charged as an accomplice who moved evidence and/or the body.

She was never charged with murder. If he’s completely dead or braid dead, there’s no one left to charge with murder or pin her with it.

And they still don’t have a body.

Somebody correct me but it seems like as such her deal just got sweeter. 3-5 years maybe for being an accomplice and evidence tampering to a crime they can’t argue in court because there’s no murderer or body.

If she’s pleas - she’ll get a year. If she doesn’t, at most 3.

I agree. She, and the lawyer, CNA just pin everything on Dulos. He can't refute it. I don't expect her to spend time in jail.

Will the mean spirited grandmother, who always hated Doulos and was driving the divorce acrimony and keeps throwing her money around as she is been doing to drive public opinion, allow the children to go and see their father in the hospital?

Reading all the comments, I am amazed how you have all formed opinions that he must be definitely be guilty because on the circumstantial evidence and innuendos presented so far. Oh yea, let's not forget the nanny and her comments to support the grandma who pays all bills.

Since we don't have socialized medicine, his estate or health insurance will be billed.

Read the charging documents and get back to us. That’s one hell of a strong case against him.

He’s completely broke so good luck.

And to the Fotis defender PP. LOL. He’s guilty as sin. I didn’t realize anyone doubts this.

You think the surveillance camera footage of Dulos and his girlfriend, surreptitiously dropping off a large number of black trash bags, filled with bloody material, in the dead of night, all along the business strip, is circumstantial evidence?

Sheesh.
