No! I REFUSE to sink any more time into this!
|
Ha! Yes, I feel pathetic enough watching it and posting about it on DCUM. I like to think of it as more of a sociological study in human nature...RIGHT???!!! |
Of course--there is absolutely academic value in studying and discussing these relationships... |
|
Lord Kail. Every episode just gets worse and worse. You didn't want to discuss the situation with Javi so that your new man didn't see you playing him on TV...
And good for Leah for telling her grandmother that her daughter needs her father in her life. Now Jermey needs to step it up. |
Then I should basically have earned a Ph.D in Teen Mom by now! |
|
Couple interesting things I noticed last night on this week's episode- Javi made sure to let it slip (intentionally or notnin not sure) when he was crying - about another dude's shoes in his house. Maybe that was the big fight when she called Jo to come get Isaac.
And kailyn seems to be refusing to film without her kids this season - so jet off to Hawaii because the kids aren't around & then MTV can't film what you're doubting your free time ? |
He made the shoe comment when he and Kail were in the kitchen and she had said Hawaii changed her and maybe they could get back together. Not sure how long that shot was from the day of the big fight, but she was with that guy the whole time Javi was gone. And still is with him. |
| Adam is such a piece of #$%% --couldn't bother to reach out to Aubree on her birthday..what a tool. |
What? Do you have inside information? How do you know she was with someone else the whole time Javi was deployed? |
Because they have both confirmed it on their twitters and in various articles (it's also been discussed a few times here). Her rationale has always been she wasn't cheating while he was gone because she filed for divorce before he left. His POV is that they had agreed to put the divorce on hold and try to work through things while he was deployed. His long time friends, that she claimed as friend too, finally told him the truth in April or May and the the divorce was formally back on. Also, the editing the other night was really bad. His beach trip was in July. She went to HI in Sept or Oct. |

Finally caught up on the last two weeks (and I am 45 with teenagers watching this JFYI).
I think that if you can't wash self tanner off your hands you shouldn't be allowed to have children. |
Jeremy has a (very high paying) job that requires him to be away for months at a time. He has had this job for years, including when he and Leah met. Leah knew this going in to the situation, but didn't think it would be a problem. Jeremy has never tried to shirk his responsibilities to his child, and it's clear that she loves him very much, so that's a good indicator that he has managed to maintain a close relationship with her despite the time away. He has maintained his visitation even when he's away, made arrangements for Addie to visit him when he's away for longer periods of time, and when work prevents him from physically seeing her, she spends time with his family and builds that bond. This "deadbeat dad" chatter was really annoying--I don't care for him at all, but he is really anything but a deadbeat, and Leah and her family should know that. |
Now, how will he spin this and somehow make it Chelsea's/the producers' fault? They should have texted him to remind him that it was Aubree's birthday. And that he's her father. And that fathers usually acknowledge their daughter's birthday. How was he supposed to know? Remember that time he talked to her once when it WASN'T her birthday? Somehow MTV wasn't around to film THAT. Just shows that they're all against him, because they're always against the dads, ready to spin the story that he's a deadbeat. So unfair. Oh look, here's your paycheck! |
LOL. These people really hit the lottery when they had their stories picked up by MTV and are still being paid high amounts for these storylines 7-10 years later....long after they have ceased being teen moms. None of them work real jobs, and only one finished or is finishing college, despite having more than enough money to do so, without having to really "work" for it (I don't count being filmed by MTV or attending reunion shows as work). I can only hope (but, frankly, doubt, with the exception of Chelsea) that they are saving wisely for their kids' educations -- without these kids, there would have been no gravy train in the first place. |
