University of Denver
Santa Clara University Loyola Marymount (CA) College of Charleston Auburn TN Chapman Elon U of San Diego ( private ) Yes my DC is all over the place geographically and type of school. Will be Liberal Arts major. |
| Elon or one of the CA schools. I really love Elon but I also love CA 😁 |
That's easy, UTK, Go Vols! |
Seems like there's at least a mild preference for California. If price is no object, Loyola Marymount. Beautiful campus and in LA. |
VCU if you want to help pay for med school instead. But if they want a more rigorous environment, the first five are all great options. I like UCLA and Cal for public health and data science. |
Yes, Oberlin claims 70% of their med school applicants get in somewhere. |

Interesting list and congrats to your student. If you want them close, Elon and even Charleston more obvious. Rah-rah obviously UTK and Auburn. If out west then LMU, or Chapman if more creative type and Santa Clara if more quantitative type (within liberal arts as mentioned by you). |
My niece got into Chapman, San Diego, and Loyola also and chose Denver after visiting. Fell in love with campus. |
