scarring from D&C/hysteroscopy- anyone use Dr Robinson or Dr Sikka for a repeat hysteroscopy??

Hi -

I had a miscarriage earlier this year, resulting in a D&C. After the D&C, a saline sonogram revealed I still retained products of conception and there appeared to be some scarring. We did a hysteroscopy to remove the scarring/PoC and, two weeks later, another saline sonogram. The saline sonogram shows that I have more scar tissue (caused by the hysteroscopy!). Unbelievable. I am so crushed.

Shady Grove did the D&C and the hysteroscopy. They are now recommending I have another hysteroscopy for "refractory Asherman's" - has anyone dealt with this?
They are also recommending I have the procedure done outside Shady Grove - they recommended Dr Robinson or Dr Sikka.

If anyone has any experience with this (including with these drs) or advice, I'd appreciate it.
