Can Virginia residents go to DC clinics?

| Can residents from Virginia use Dc flu clinics. It seems people are going all over the metropolitan DC area to get flu shots. I thought there is some sort of agreement that neighboring jurisdictions in the Dc area will allow outside residents to receive the vaccination if they are in the priority group since there is such a disparity of where vaccines came in with a good supply versus a scarce supply? Also isn't it a federal program? |
